About

Hi, I’m Jessica, your Trifecta Dietitian, helping you live your best life with MCAS, EDS and POTS +!

I know what it’s like to question your own body and search for strategies to feel better.  In 2019, I was diagnosed with Histamine Intolerance and ultimately, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.

The MCAS Dietitian was created to provide timely, insurance-based Trifecta care.  I’m passionate about collaborating with patients to build strong care teams and discover their best lifestyle management strategies.

If you’re looking for support with nutrition, supplements and more, you’re in the right place. I help you personalize nutrition therapy to your current needs (using a food-inclusive approach, when possible) and offer nuanced recommendations for movement and stress management.

Let’s walk this path together!

~Jessica
