Private pay discounted rates: $225 for initial visit (up to 90 minutes) and $150-225 for follow-ups (up to 60-90 minutes). HSA/FSA and CareCredit cards accepted.
(A $75 no show/late cancel fee may be charged for no shows or canceling/rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance.)
